Delivery times
We produce the products as soon as the sale is finished!
Delivery times will depend on each model and will be announced at the time of sale. We will inform you during the production phase of any change in the delivery time.
Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 3-5 days in France and within 8 days in Europe. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

Returns, exchanges
or refunds
*Return costs will be borne by lilith in the event of withdrawal or in the event of a size exchange, except when the delivery address is not located in France.
We take care of the return costs if necessary in France but they are the responsibility of our international Customers.
Upon acceptance of delivery, you can return the product within 15 days by contacting customer service by the contact form.
Your product must be in its original condition, without degradation, not have been worn or washed!
We will send you a return slip, to be printed, for the return of your package at our expense.
We only produce the models ordered by our customers, the exchange of sizes or colors will only be possible within the limit of a customer’s return!

If the exchange of the product is not possible or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note for the next capsule or simply refund your order.

The history
Founded in 1984 Barcelos, Portugal, our manufacturing workshop was created with the aim of maintaining a solid relationship of trust with its customers, in order to see them as a solid partner. Our partner is eager to provide us with solutions that meet our requirements, fully satisfying our needs and expectations related to the quality of pre and post-sale services.
In this sense they fully comply with the legal requirements and applicable rules, always trying to develop these practices in the best way. In order to guarantee the implementation of these requirements, they undergo a SMETA audit (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), carried out by SGS Portugal.
